Athletics

Over the last 10 years Athletics has grown through a commitment to design innovation and our ability to work with organizations large and small to meet the challenges of contemporary brand-building. Our work is focused on developing experiences using the web, print and environments in smart, interrelated ways.

In 2013 we helped launch Mountain, an experiential marketing firm in Nashville. This was an opportunity to complement our own capabilities, and expand outside NYC. Today we’re happy to call Nashville our second home, with a small but growing team.

We’ve participated in the evolution of WordPress from scrappy project to the CMS of choice for large-scale publishers like Forbes, Condé Nast and Random House. We work closely with the Automattic team, as a number of our clients run on the WP VIP platform. We’re active participants in the Big Media Meetup group, and we’ve enjoyed getting involved with the WP Nashville group. Last fall we worked with Randy Hicks to co-curate a talk.
